Kristin Devlin joined Heidelberg Materials Australia (formerly Hanson Australia) in 2017 and is the General Manager Supply Chain.
A seasoned senior executive, Kristin is responsible for overseeing the national ready mix supply chain and all logistics operations.
Prior to Heidelberg, Kristin's career spans the Royal Australian Navy and Cement Australia in Management Consulting before moving into executive roles within operations, sustainability and safety, where she played a pivotal role in developing an early sustainability strategy to reduce carbon emissions in cement production.
As well as looking after our national Customer Service Centre, Kristin is also the Director of XL, a Ready-Mix Joint Venture in Victoria.
Kristin attended the Australian Defence Force Academy in Canberra, where she earned a bachelor's degree with Honours in Geography and Management and a Masters degree in Sustainability Science.
