Sarah Marshall was appointed Chief People Officer at Heidelberg Materials Australia in 2025.
With nearly 30 years’ experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors, Sarah has held senior executive roles at Fulton Hogan Australia, Lendlease and Abigroup Contractors. She is recognised for her leadership in driving positive cultural change, including advancing sustainability, gender diversity, mental health awareness, Indigenous engagement and workforce development.
Sarah has served as a Board Director of the Australian Constructors Association (ACA), Executive Sponsor of ACA’s Capability and Capacity Board Committee, Deputy Chair and Board Director at the Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC), Co-Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at Roads Australia and Chair of the Construction Industry Leadership Forum Capability and Capacity Group, a joint initiative with ACA, NSW and VIC Governments. She is a recipient of multiple industry awards for her contributions to the sector.
Sarah is committed to good governance, transparency and equity, and continues to influence positive change across the construction industry.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science from James Cook University and a Master of Environmental Science from the University of Melbourne.
