With a career shaped by early industry exposure and a passion for operations, Breigh-Anna now leads safety and risk as HSEQ Manager for Mobiles, Technical and the Western Region.
How it started
What inspired you to enter this industry?
I was drawn to this industry from a young age, growing up around my parents' local civil earthworks business gave me early exposure to operations and sparked a curiosity about how things work on the ground (and beneath the surface). While still at university, I joined the company as a Sales Coordinator at PNQ, balancing both a degree and a diploma at the time. That role opened the door to quarry-based positions, where I completed my Certificate III in Surface Extraction and gained hands-on operational experience.

After graduating, I returned to PNQ before stepping into a role in Western Australia as a Project Manager within the Mobile Projects team. I progressed to Senior Project Manager, then into a Mobile Operations Manager role, with each step pushing me out of my comfort zone and helping me grow both technically and as a leader. Most recently, I transitioned into the Regional HSEQ Manager role, continuing to build on that foundation. What changes have you seen since you started?
